  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) being returned

    • Reason for return

2.2 Return Authorization:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item(s).

  • Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

2.3 Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • For defective items or errors, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

2.4 Shipping Method:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5.2 Resolution:
